摘    要:钢球斜轧成形工艺中容易出现心部疏松、空洞等质量问题, 为能有效地消除钢球内部空洞, 实现钢球高质量生产, 提出了利用高压气体压实钢球内部空洞的新方法, 简称浮压法. 利用DEFORM-3D有限元软件研究了浮压法压实钢球内部空洞的影响因素以及各因素的影响程度.结果表明: 压实空洞的难度随空洞尺寸的增大而减小随空洞到球面距离的增大而增大随温度的升高而减小随气压增长速度的提高而减小;影响因素的主次顺序为: 钢球温度、空洞尺寸、空洞位置气压增长速度

Abstract:In the process of helical-wedge rolling of steel balls, some quality defects, such as core loose and core void, are easily noted in most cases. In order to effectively eliminate inner void and achieve high production quality of steel balls, a new method of using high-pressure gas to compact steel balls is put forward. The influence of different factors on compacting inner void of steel balls by floating-pressure method is investigated using the DEFORM-3D finite element software. Results show that the difficulty of compacting void decreases with the increase of the void size; whereas it increases as the distance widens between the void and the ball surface. It is also found that the difficulty decreases with the increase of balls’ temperature; and it also decreases with the increase of the growth rate of the gas pressure. The influence factors are in the order of the balls’ temperature, the void size, the void position, and the growth rate of gas pressure. The results provide theoretical guidance for improving the quality and non-defective rate of steel balls
