| 摘 要： | 城镇基准地价具有时间和空间的变化性,具有很强的现势性,文章分析了利用地价与其影响因素分值关系的模糊性,建立了基于格网的地价与因素分值的关系模型和在一定时期内更新基准地价的方法.

| Abstract: | The Urban Standard Land Price with the characters of variability in timeliness and diversity in space is a powerfully real-time price of definite period.In this paper the fuzzy relationship of land price and factor index was analysed,and the relation model of grid price and factor index for updating Urban Standard Land Price in a certain period was established. |
