摘    要:综合考虑再生振动效应和刀具偏心模型对动态铣削加工过程的影响.改进并建立具有较高预测精度的非线性圆周铣削力数学模型和铣削加工过程闭环控制系统.通过对比铣削动力学实验数据和计算机仿真结果验证了该模型的有效性和预测能力.

Abstract:For the nonlinear peripheral milling force, a mathematical model is improved and established with higher predicted precision. Moreover, a closed-loop control system is established for simulating milling process. In which the influence of regenerative chatter and cutter deflection model on dynamic milling process is considered comprehensively. The effectiveness and estimating capability of the proposed model are demonstrated by comparing experimental data derived from cutting tests with the results of computer simulation.
