摘    要:讨论了非水溶性红敏光致聚合物中溶剂的选择及对其全息性能的影响,通过大量试验筛选出较佳的光致聚合物的溶剂.该溶剂与成膜物、光敏剂、单体等成份匹配较好,适合刮涂法、挤压涂法和自然流平涂制干版.涂出的干版厚度均匀、平滑、颜色均匀、膜干时间合适及保存期长.选用的溶剂毒性小、环保且安全.

Abstract:The influence of the water-resisting red sensitive photopolymer solvent on the holographic performance was discussed.And the appropriate solvent was selected through many times of experiments.This kind of the solvent was matched with the film forming matter,photo sensitizer,and the monomer extraordinarily.The thickness of the plate was homogeneous and smooth.The color and the drying time were homogeneous too.So it was suited to the scrapping smear technique,the pressure smear technique and the natural fluid smear technique to fabricate the dry plate.And,the toxicity of this kind of the solvent is slight.So it is harmless to the environment and safely.
