用氨气爆破法使纤维素活化的研究

摘    要:本文用扫描电子显徽镜、X—射线衍射、碘吸收值以及碱溶解度来研究精制棉绒经氨气爆破法处理后的形态及结构的变化,实验证明,处理后的棉绒纤维其外表发生破裂,X—射线衍射图显示其结晶结构出现纤维素Ⅰ和纤维素Ⅲ的混晶,碘吸收值增大,碱溶解度也增大,随着爆破压力的增加这种效果更为显著,最后用乙酰化速度证实经处理后的棉绒其反应性能有较大的提高。


CHARACTERISATION OF COTTON LINTER TREATED BY THE AMMONIA GAS EXPLOSION METHOD
Abstract:Ammonia gas explosion treatment was carried out on cotton linter with different pressure under the same temperature and the same reaction time. The cotton linter treated was investigated by SEM micrographs, X-ray diffraction patterns and chemical analysis method. The result showed that increase of the solubility towards equeous alkali and Iodine sorption value, decline of degree of crystallinity, destruction of the surface structure of the treated linter following pressure addition. So, The method is useful and effective.
