辽西产酸枣中氨基酸及化学成份的分析

对辽西(朝阴凤凰山)产酸枣的枣仁和果肉,用化学法、GC、GC/MS等方法进行了化学结构测定及定性定量分析和营养成份的分析。从果肉乙醇提取物中,确定出15种化学成份。从枣仁乙醚提取物及其残渣的乙醇提取物中分别确定出8种和7种化学成份。10-十八碳烯醛和10,13-二十碳烯酸甲酯是从枣仁乙醇提取物中首次发现的。在果肉中分析出17种氨基酸。

Studies on Amino Acids and Chemical Constituents of Zizyphusjujuba Mill in Liao Xi

Qualitative, quantitative, chemical structural and nutrient constituent analyses of hard core and the edible part of Zizyphusjujuba Mill fruit were performed by chemical, GC and GC/MS methods, 15 kinds of chemical constituents were identified from the extract extracted from the edible part of the fruit with ethyl alcohol. 7 and 8 kinds of chemical constituents were identified from the extract extracted from hard core of the fruit with ether and the extract of the residue of the former with ethyle alcohol; respectively, 10-octadecene aldehyde and 10, 13-eicosadienoic methyl ester were discovered first. 17 kinds of aminoacids were analyzed from the edible part of the fruit.
