| 摘 要： | 在金融危机严重冲击下,国际产业格局发生重大变化,承接产业转移成为我国经济领域的热点话题。文章试图通过反思产业转移理论成果,探寻产业转移的规律,分析后金融危机时代产业转移的特点,为科学、理性承接产业转移提出意见和建议。

| Abstract: | Under the serious impact of the global financial crisis,the international industrial pattern has undergone great changes.It becomes hot economic topic how to undertake the international civil industrial transfer.This article tries to quest the law of industrial transfer,and make some comments and proposals on the undertaking strategy,based on the reflection about its historical theories and practices. |
