| 摘 要： | 高校教师在教书育人的过程中扮演着重要的角色,教师教学水平的高低直接影响着教育质量的好坏,教学水平的发展对于高等教育质量的保证和提高有着重要的意义,目前我国高校教师的教学水平发展后劲不足,教师重科研轻教学的现象严重,浮躁的、随意的教学方式让作为学校主体之一的学生极其不满,为此,笔者指出了目前高校教师教学水平低下的现状、分析教学水平滞后的原因,提出了提高教学艺术水平的几点建议,以促进高校师生关系的和谐构建。
