| Abstract: | A three-stage scheme for the excitation of the autoionization state of europium atoms is realized, and the corresponding ionization cross section is determined: σ=6.5×10?10 cm2. Analytical signals from europium atoms are recorded in standard and waste water solutions used in mining noble metals and in the diagnostics of rare-earth elements. |
