供应链协同知识创新的决策研究

摘    要:首先综述了供应链协同的知识创新;接着将供应链中的知识抽象描述为联结各个节点企业的知识流序列,并得出结论:①供应链节点企业应该加强相互合作,实现知识的共享,以减少对知识的搜寻时间;②供应链节点企业需要通过知识转移和知识整合即时更新知识;③由于知识集合更新速度的加快,要求供应链成员在协同的基础上,不断地进行知识创新,提高供应链的知识水平与竞争力.在此基础上,针对供应链协同知识创新决策所涉及的多属性群决策问题,提出基于模糊多属性群决策模型的供应链协同知识创新的决策过程;最后通过算例,说明了决策模型的应用步骤,并提出了进一步研究的方向.

Abstract:Knowledge innovation in the supply chain is a complicated relation route network; process of innovation delegate the convergence of capability and demand. Firstly, this paper summarizes the characteristics of knowledge innovation in the supply chain, including: complexity of process, accumulated and evolving process, members cooperation and network integration; then knowledge in the supply chain was described as knowledge flow coupling each enterprise, and three conclusions was educed as following: first, supply chain members should cooperate to realize knowledge sharing; second, knowledge transfer and knowledge conformity should be used to update knowledge; third, supply chain members should continuously innovate to improve knowledge level. On basis of these, according to multi-attribute group decision-making problems dealing with knowledge innovation in the supply chain, the procedure of decision making for knowledge innovation in the supply chain based on multi-attribute decision-making model was discussed and explained from an example.
