| 摘 要： | 本文应用免疫金标记法，对抗５１ＫＤ 精子膜抗原的抗精子抗体在精子的定位进行了超微结构观察。结果显示５１ＫＤ精子抗原定位于精子顶体后区，提示此抗体可能与不育有较密度的关系。５１ＫＤ抗原是否为一种新的与不育相关的精子抗原，有待进一步研究证实。

| Abstract: | Immunogold labelling technique was used for in situ ultrastructural detection of antibodes 51KD human sperm membrane antigen. The 51KD sperm antigen was found localized in the posterior acrosome of sperm where ovum adhered to, which suggests the close relation of the antibody to infertility. Whether the 51KD antigen is a new sperm antigen related to infertility deserves to be confirmed by further study. |
