摘    要:建立了有机硅类和金属皂类脱模剂中多环芳烃的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法所用色谱柱为多聚C18(LC-PAH)柱,流动相为乙腈/水,采用梯度淋洗方式,开始时为体积分数40%乙腈,28min后变为82%乙腈,48min后变成100%乙腈,保持8min。方法的线性范围为0.10~200mg/L,线性相关系数为0.9993~1.0000,平均回收率分别为68.55%~101.2%(有机硅类)和75.29%~99.89%(金属皂类),精密度RSD分别为1.6%~8.1%(有机硅类)和1.8%~6.8%(金属皂类),检出限(S/N=3)分别为0.05~0.10mg/L(有机硅类)和0.05~0.20mg/L(金属皂类)。该方法可以满足有机硅类和金属皂类脱模剂中多环芳烃的检测要求。

Abstract:A HPLC method was established to determine the contents of PAHs in silicone mold-release agent and salts of fatty acids.The analysis was carried out in a reversed-phase polymer C18(LC-PAH) column by gradient elution with acetonitrile/water as the mobile phase.The content of acetonitrile was 40% in the beginning,then changed to 82% after 28 mins,and varied to 100% after 48 mins,and maintained for 8 mins.The linear range was 0.10 to 200 mg/L with correlation coefficients of 0.9993 to 1.0000.The average recoveries varied form 68.55% to 101.18% for silicone mold-release agent and 75.29% to 99.89% for salts of fatty acids,and the relative standard derivations ranged from 1.6% to 8.1% for silicone mold-release agent and from 1.8% to 6.8% for salts of fatty acids,respectively.The limits of detection were 0.05 to 0.10 mg/L for silicone mold-release agent and 0.05 to 0.20 mg/L for salts of fatty acids at S/N=3.This method could satisfy the demand of analysis of PAHs in silicone mold-release agent and salts of fatty acids.
