E3对转涡轮设计特点分析(Ⅰ)--高压涡轮基元级方案分析

摘    要:P&W在E3计划中进行的对转涡轮设计,是迄今为止公开发表资料中描述最详尽,也最接近实际应用的一个设计方案.本文以该方案为背景进行深入分析,探讨了对转涡轮高压级基元设计的一些特点.提出应以高压动叶出口无量纲周向速度作为重要设计指标;对转涡轮高压级基元设计应尽量选择较大载荷系数等观点和建议.

Abstract:The counter-rotating turbine design has been successfully applied in E3 program by P&W Company. The design characteristics of the high-pressure turbine stage was analyzed and discussed in this paper. The stress has been laid on the strategy to enhance the ability of high-pressure rotor to offer the prewhirl for the low-pressure stage. In this case, the dimensionless circumferential velocity at exit of high-pressure rotor is an important design target value. And a low loading coefficient is more favorite for high-pressure rotor in the counter-rotating elementary stage designing process.
