摘    要:针对UHF频段射频识别(RFID)技术的不足,提出一种长距离HF频段的RFID信号检测方案,重点在于增强灵敏度、提高标签感应距离.先分析标签负载调制的基本原理和反射信号的调制特点,再详细阐述检测通道关键环节设计与实现.

Abstract:A new signal detecting method is proposed for long range HF Radio Frequency Identification(RFID), which is complement to the UHF RFID technique. The method is emphasized on how to enhance sensitivity and to increase working range of tags. The basic theory of tag's load modulation and the key features of backscatter signal are analyzed. The design of key nodes of the whole detecting channel is demonstrated in detail.
