| 摘 要： | 经济法与社会法的关系是具有重要的现实及学理意义的问题,二者是属于第三法域的两个独立的法律部门,在本位观、法理念等方面具有相同之处,但在性质、公平观、基本原则等处又存在差异。经济法与社会法相互配合,共同促进社会的全面发展。
