摘    要:由于石油资源的逐渐枯竭和排放法规的日益严格,使燃用代用燃料发动机在全世界得到广泛地发展。文章介绍了由S195柴油机改制成火花点火式变组分煤层气发动机的主要设计过程,分析了此类型发动机在改制过程中应注意的几个问题。通过发动机台架试验,对起动特性与怠速稳定特性进行分析,结果令人满意。

Abstract:Alternative fuel engines have been widely developed in the world due to the decrease of oil resources and the strictness of exhaust regulations. In this paper,the main processes of converting the S195 diesel engine into the engine fuelled with coal-bed gas and ignited by spark plug are described,including the combustion system,the air intake system,the ignition system and the speed governing system. Several issues to be considered in the process of designing the engine are analyzed. The performances of the prototype engine are discussed based on the results of the bench tests. The characteristics of start-up and idle speed of the engine are satisfying.
