| 摘 要： | 竞争还是合作,是企业研发投资时所面临的选择,本文应用最优控制论建立了一个考虑吸收能力的企业合作研发的动态模型,分析了双寡头垄断企业在竞争和合作两种情况下的均衡研发投资,并与D＇aspremont ＆ J＇aquemin的静态模型的结果进行了比较.

| Abstract: | To compete or to cooperate is the choice of firm to carry out R&D investment.A dynamic model of cooperative R&D is built based on optimal controlling theory which considers the effect of absorptive capacity.The equilibrium R&D investments of duopoly firms under competing and cooperative scenarios are explored and relative contrast with DJ's static model is also presented at the end of the paper. |
