| Abstract: | The content of zinc in chinese medicine polygonum was determined by differential pulse stripping voltammetry, using bismuch film electrode instead mercury-film electrode. In a supporting solution of 0.4 mol / L KSCN, the concentration potential of zinc in -1700 mV for 180 s enhanced anodic stripping peak current. The RSD of determination results was 1.57%, and the detection limit was 4.694 × 10^-7 mg / mL. On optimum conditions, the equation of linear regression was I=1.4103c＋0.3929 （r=0.994 8） in the range of 2.32 × 10^-4-6.17 × 10^-4 mg / mL. The recovery ranged from 94.6% to 101.9%. The method may avoid environment pollution and the harm to the person. |
