摘    要:研究了利用氢化物发生原子吸收法测定不锈钢食具浸泡液中痕量砷的反应体系.对载气流速、硼氢化钠溶液的浓度、5%抗坏血酸-5%硫脲溶液添加量和介质酸度的影响,以及基体和共存离子的干扰等条件进行了研究.样品加标回收率为95.8%~106.2%,测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于2.8%,方法检出限为0.12 μg/L.该方法适用于不...

Abstract:Trace arsenic eroded from stainless steel food containers was determined by hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry. The influences of flow velocity of carder gases, concentration of NaBH4 (sodium boron hydride), volume of 5% L-ascorbic acid and 5% thiourea, acidity and interference of coexisting ion were tested. Recovery obtained by standard addition method on samples were in the range of 95.8%-106.2%. The relative standard deviation of determination results was not more than 2.8%, and the detection limit was 0.12 μg/L. The method is suitable for the determination of trace arsenic in stainless steel food l containers.
