| Abstract: | A method for determination of sodiun cyclamate in watermelons and beverages by capillary gas chromatography was developed. The linearity was in the range of 0.10 - 10.0 g/L, and the linear correlation coefficient r2 = 0. 999 2. The detection limit was 0.5 mg/kg. The relative standard deviations of determination results of two beverage samples were 0.87 % , 1.03 % （ n = 6 ） respec- tively. The recoveries of watermelons and bererage were 96.0% - 103.8.0% , 95.1% - 104.0% , respectively. This method is rapid, accurate, and suitable for the determination of sodiun cyclamate in the watermelons and fruit taste beverages. |
