摘    要:用循环伏安法制备了聚天青Ⅰ修饰玻碳电极,用交流阻抗对修饰电极进行了表征,研究了乳糖酸阿奇霉素在修饰电极上的电化学行为,并用差分脉冲伏安法对其进行了测定.结果表明:该方法对乳糖酸阿奇霉素在1.97×10-5~5.41×10-4 mol/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为:IP=-0.068 43c-5.189,检出限为8.15×10-6 mol/L,相关系数为R=0.990 2.

Abstract:A poly(azure Ⅰ) film-modified electrode was prepared by cyclic voltammetry and characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) measurements.Electrochemical behaviors of azithromycin lactobionate in the modified electrode were studied and determined with differential pulse voltammetry.The modified electrode showed a good linear current response for azithromycin lactobionate in the range from 1.97×10-5 to 5.41×10-4 mol/L with a detection limit of 8.15×10-6 mol/L.The linear regression equation was IP=-0.068 43C-5.189 with a correlation coefficient of 0.992.
