摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),建立了果园土壤中乐果、甲基托布津和联苯菊酯残留的同时测定方法.用甲醇提取果园土壤中的农药残留,C18液相色谱柱分离,紫外检测器检测,在12 min内实现了3种农药的分离和测定.乐果、甲基托布津和联苯菊酯的加标回收率为75.82%~97.49%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)为1.49%~4.92%,检测限分别为0.080,0.038和0.032mg/kg.本方法快速、灵敏、可靠,能够用于果园土壤中3种农药残留的同时检测.

Abstract:A simultaneous determination method for the residues of dimethoate,thiophanate methyl and bifenthrin in orchard soil was developed by using high performance liquid chromatography method(HPLC).The residues of the agricultural chemicals were extracted with methanol,separated by the C18 liquid chromatographic column,and detected by UV detector.The results showed that the 3 agricultural chemicals could be well separated and detected within 12 min,the average spiked recoveries of dimethoate,thiophanate methyl and bifenthrin ranged from 75.82% to 97.49% with the relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=8) of 1.49%~4.92%,and the limits of detection were 0.080,0.038 and 0.032 mg/kg,respectively.This method is rapid,sensitive and reliable,and can be used to simultaneously detect the 3 agricultural chemicals in orchard soil.
