摘    要:本文研究了在溶液聚合两步法制备多嵌段聚醚聚氨酯(SPEU)过程中,两种不同的加料方式对SPEU动态力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:在反应物组成、配比相同条件下,采用先将聚醚溶液滴加入到4,4′-二苯基于烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)的溶液中,俟反应完成后再滴加入扩链剂的加料方式制得的SPEU,比采用由MDI溶液先向聚醚溶液中滴加,再加入扩链剂所制得的SPEU有较高的微相分离程度。

Abstract:This paper reports the influence of two different feeding ways in preparation of segmented polyether urethane (SPEU) by a two-step method on dynamic mechanical properties of SPEU. Experimental results indicate that (1) when chemical composition and molar ratio of reactants were kept unchanged, the extent of microphase separation in SPEU was affected by the feeding ways. The extent of microphase separation of bulk SPEU polymer prepared by the first reaction feeding way, i.e. PTMEG→DMI] ← Extender, is better than that obtained by the second reaction feeding way, PTMBG←MDI] ← Extender. (2) The effect of reaction feeding ways on dynamic mechanical properties of the SPEUS is more evident in 1,4-butanediol (EDO) extending samples. (3) The samples extended with 1,2-ethylenediamine have better phase separation that the samples extended with BDO.
