| 摘 要： | 本文分析了制药工程专业实习中存在的困难，并根据指导生产实习的实践经验，提出了相应的解决方法。提出了以就业为导向构建制药工程专业实习新体系，通过生产实习，将制药工程专业生产实习与毕业论文、学生就业有机地结合起来，不仅能提高人才培养质量，而且能更好地适应社会对人才的需求。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the current difficulties in practice of pharmaceutical engineering specialty, subsequently, based on the experiences accumulated in directing workshop practice, some propositional solutions have been proposed. We put forward a new mode of combining practice with dissertation and obtaining employment in pharmaceutical engineering specialty. This mode can meet the requirements of the society for talented people, and with the mode, the quality of the students can be improved. |
