| 摘 要： | 本方案介绍的控制系统可监视到显示屏中每一个环节的状态,包括控制系统的工作状态、每一块扫描板的工作状态、每一个箱体内的温度/湿度/烟雾、每一个箱体内每一个风扇的转速、每一个箱体内每一块开关电源的电压以及显示屏上每一颗LED灯的开短路情况。在此控制系统的基础上,文章介绍的LED显示屏网络化集群监控软件可以在服务器端远程监控每一块显示屏每一个环节的状态,并且在显示屏出现故障时可以通过E-mail和GPRS模块及时报警。通过本方案,LED显示屏制造商或者运营商可以全面而且及时地掌握系统的运行状态,可以及时监控已经出现或可能出现的故障,从而显著提高LED显示屏的维护速度,有效规避运营风险。
