摘    要:本文介绍了一种用基本辅助激光解吸电离质谱法快速测定蛋清中溶菌酶相对分子质量的方法。与传统的蛋白质相对分子质量测定相比,MALDI/MS法具有灵敏度高、精度高、易操作和分析时间短的优点,包括样品处理在内,一次分析不超过30min。

Abstract:A method for rapid determination of molecular weight of lysozyme from chiken egg white by matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry was represented in this paper.In comparison with traditional method for molecular weight determination,the method is sensitive,accurate,easy to operate and requiring less time.30 mintes is enough for each analysis including sample preparation.
