摘    要:根据黄酮类化合物能与Al3+形成稳定的荧光络合物,建立一种测定香椿叶总黄酮的新方法。用50%乙醇溶液浸提,65℃超声提取香椿叶中有效成分,以芦丁为标样,在激发波长λex=437nm,发射波长λem=534nm下,测定香椿叶中总黄酮的含量,并进行加标回收实验,验证方法的准确性。方法的检出限为3.25×10-9mol.L-1,线性范围在1.23×10-9—2.62×10-6mol.L-1之间,线性回归方程y=1.862x+0.361,相关系数r=0.9983,平均回收率为100.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.99%。

Abstract:A new method for determination of total flavone in leaves of toona sinensis was established based on the reaction of total flavone with aluminium ion. The effective components were extracted from leaves of Toona sinensis by ultrasonic at 65℃ with 50% ethanol, total flavone was determined by fluorescence spectrometry with rutin as standard reference,at the excitation wavelength of 437nm and the emission wavelength of 534nm. The detection limit is 3. 25 × 10^-9mol · L^-1 in the linear range of 1. 23 × 10^-9--2. 62× 10^-6 mol · L^-1 with the regression equation of y=1. 862x+0. 361,correlative coefficient was 0. 9983,average rate of recovery was 100. 3% ,RSD was 0. 99%.
