摘    要:分析了由正负折射率介质交替构成的分布式布拉格反射镜(DBR)的复有效折射率及其色散关系,并将其与由折射率不同的正折射率介质交替构成的DBR进行了比较;研究了由这种DBR和金属做反射镜的微腔有机发光器件(MOLED)的光学传输特性,发现这种器件具有很好的滤波功能且可使器件薄化;计论了这种MOLED的谐振波长和归一化电致发光(EL)谱随观测角的变化关系.这些工作为进一步提高微腔OLED的发光色纯度、减小其腔长提供了新方法.

Abstract:The relationship between complex effective refractive index and dispersive properties of two kinds of distributed Bragg reflectors(DBR)were analyzed in this paper.Both DBRs are composed of two alternately arranged dielectrics with two positive refractive indices or with positive and negative refractive indices.The optical transmission properties of the MOLED using DBR and metal as the reflecting mirror were investigated and it is found that this kind of device puts up better sieve-wave function and the thic...
