摘    要:在20 K-50 K温度范围内研究了测量激励电流对新工艺生产的MF 5602型低温热敏电阻温度计的影响.结果表明:新工艺生产的MF 5602型低温热敏电阻温度计受工作激励电流影响大,应根据测量要求选用不同精度等级的恒流源用恒流源法进行测量.

Abstract:The effect of excitation current on MF5602 negative temperature coefficient(NTC) thermistors produced with the new process was investigated in the temperature rang from 20 K to 50 K.The results could be concluded that the excitation current influence on the measuring accuracy of MF5602 negative temperature coefficient(NTC) thermistors produced with the new process was larger than old process,and the current source of different precisions should be selected according to the need of measuring accuracy.
