摘    要:1.5T MRI磁体系统冷重约为4吨,为提高该系统稳定性,采用环氧跑道拉杆结构.分析了磁体正常运行时拉杆上承受的重力、冷缩力,运输过程中的动载力,以及拉杆安装过程中施加的预紧力.在分析的基础上,对拉杆的材料、安装角度进行了选取,并结合漏热对横截面积进行了优化.

Abstract:Rods are used to support the cold mass in the 1.5T superconducting magnet system.The support rods must withstand the forces put on the magnet during transport or an impact as well as when the magnet is normally operated.The rods should be strong enough to carry the cold mass.But large area will bring more heat leak for the supports.This report analysed the forces on the rods,found the minimum area that met the needs.
