基于PXI总线的多路机上铂电阻温度校准系统的设计

摘    要:针对旋钮式铂电阻模拟仪在温度校准中单次单通道效率低下的问题,提出一种基于PXI总线的可编程多路铂电阻温度校准系统。对系统功能、硬件组成、工作原理和软件设计做了详细的论述。多路温度校准系统选用基于PXI总线的可编程电阻卡,通过程序指令设定温度校准点,经由以太网进行数据传输,上位机软件进行数据记录和处理,最终实现了机上多通道的温度自动化校准。该设备已应用于型号试飞工作中,显著地提高了校准效率和可靠性。

Abstract:Focusing on the inefficiency of mono-channel temperature calibration with knob type Pt100 simulator, programmable multi-channel Platinum resistance temperature calibrating system based on PXI bus is presented. The system function, hardware constitute, operational principle and software design is well described. Programmable resistance card with PXI bus controled by program instructions of setting temperature calibrating point, was used on the multi-channel calibrating simulator, where the data is transported by Ethernet , recorded and processed on the software, finally achieving multi-channel automative airborne temperature calibration. The system has improved remarkably of the efficiency and reliability on the calibration task of flighting test.
