碳纳米管改性的无机-有机水性富锌底漆的空蚀行为

摘    要:在质量分数为3%的NaCl溶液中,利用磁致伸缩空蚀试验机研究了碳纳米管改性的无机-有机复合水性富锌涂料的空蚀行为.测量了静态和空蚀条件下涂层的极化曲线,比较了常态和阴极保护下空蚀时的腐蚀电流变化,通过分析涂层在静态、空蚀以及阴极保护下空蚀的交流阻抗谱(EIS),进一步探讨了空蚀机理.结果表明:涂层的空蚀行为是力学因素和电化学腐蚀因素协同作用的结果,在阴极保护条件下,电化学腐蚀减弱,空蚀过程以力学作用为主.

Abstract:The cavitation erosion behavior of inorganic-organic composite zinc-rich paints in 3 % NaCl solution was investigated by using a magnetostrictive cavitation facility. The role of corrosion with or without cavitation was analyzed by the measurements of polarization curve. And the cavitation erosion rates of the paints were investigated by applying cathodic currents. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy of the samples under static, normal cavitation and cavitation in cathodic protection were analyzed to further explore the mechanism of cavitation. The results show that in the cathodic protection, the mechanical factor of the cavitation erosion was dominant since the decrease of electrochemical corrosion. The synergistic effect between mechanical and electrochemical factors results in the cavitation erosion.
