后殖民语境下译者的主体性困境及其出路

译者的主体性问题是后殖民翻译理论所要探讨的主要话题。尤其是在当下,经济全球化和民族文化多元化已是时代的主要特征,并将不断得到发展,不同主体之间的文化交往也将不断得到加强,因此关注在后殖民语境下译者的主体性,即通过思考在后殖民语境下作为传统殖民者和被殖民者的译者的主体性特征及其演变过程,将使我们能够在经济全球化,文化多元化的今天,找到一条解决在后殖民语境下译者主体性之困境的新的有效途径,即译者的主体间性理论的提出,从而最终能够通过翻译,更加合理地处理不同主体之间的交往问题。

The Predicament and Outlet of the Translator’s Subjectivity in the Context of the Postcolonialism

The subjectivity of the translator is the main topic concerned by the translation theory of the postcolonialism. Especially at the present, the economical globalization and cultural multiplication has been the main character of the new era. This character will be developed unceasingly and the cultural communication between different subjects will be intensified continually, so by concerning with the subjectivity of the translator in the context of postcolonialism, that is, by thinking about the characteristic and the changing course of the subjectivity of the translator as the traditional colonizer and the traditional colonized, we will find for ourselves a new and valid way to solve the predicament of the translator’s subjectivity in the context of the postcolonialism, that is, the putting forward of the intersubjective theory of the translator. With this theory, at last, we can deal with the issue of the communication between different subjects more rationally through the translation.
