| Abstract: | At the Seminar of Guangxi Procedural Law Association 2004, the participants mainly discussed the following issues: revisions of criminal procedural law and the reforms of judicature, the guaranteeing measures for the rights of criminal litigants, the criminal evidence system and the improvement of criminal procedure. At the same time, they also discussed about the relevant issues of civil procedural law and the administrative procedural law. |
