高速电路印刷电路板的可靠性设计

摘    要:在高速电路系统中,过高的系统工作频率将产生传输线效应和信号完整性问题,使得基于传统方法设计的印刷电路板(PCB)达不到系统可靠性要求.本文以电力电子控制器高速DSP系统为例,并结合TMS320F2612 PCB制作过程中的实践经验,论述了电磁兼容技术在高速电路PCB设计中的应用,以及提高系统可靠性的设计方法.

Abstract:For high-speed Electric Circuits, the excessively high frequency will have the problem of the transmission line effect and signal completion. It makes the PCB designed with traditional method not to meet the system reliability requirements. Unifying the experience in manufacturing the TMS320F2812 PCB, the article takes the high-speed DSP system of the power electronics controller as an example to elaborate the application of electromagnetic compatibility technology In the high-speed Electric Circuit PCB design and to describe the design method to enhance the system reliability.
