摘    要:近几年,我国研制了一种超高滑差异步电机(Ultra—High Slip Motor),用于驱动游梁式抽油机。本文根据试验与试用中的问题,从理论上做了深入的分析。应用CAD方法,显示出多种特性参数曲线,表明高滑差异步电机驱动的各型抽油机具有较佳工况。并通过对抽油机曲柄运动规律的优化,可确定最佳的滑差率,从而可节省电能,提高工效,增产原油,延长抽油装置使用寿命,从而获得较大的经济效益。

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF BEAM PUMPING UNIT DRIVEN BY U. H. S. M. WITH CAD METHOD
Abstract:An ultra-high-slip motor (U. H. S. M) used to drive beam pumping unit has been manufactured in our country recently.In this paper, the authors analyze the practical problems in theory.Different performance curvesare shown by means of CAD method, which show that various beam pumping units driven by U. H. S. M have better working condition. Through optimizing crank speed, optimum slip rate can be determined so that we can decrease electric energy consumption, raise working efficiency and increase oil output, lengthen the survice life of the equipment and get good economic benefits.
