Red shift of the energy of optical absorption of quantum dot arrays in conditions of dynamic stark effect |

| Abstract: | The absorption coefficient of quantum dot arrays in conditions of dynamic Stark effect is calculated. It is shown that when ω1 > ω0 a red shift of the energy of optical transitions takes place. |
