摘    要:介绍了用红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振法(NMR)对三(对二甲氨基苯基)苯甲酸(LCVL)及三(对二甲氨基苯基)甲烷的分析和表征.LCVL和三(对二甲氨基苯基)甲烷分别是热、压敏变色染料结晶紫内酯(CVL)的合成中间体及副产物.通过红外光谱的特征吸收峰对2种化合物的主要官能团进行相关表征.利用核磁共振氢(^1H)和碳(^13C)谱共振吸收峰的化学位移、耦合常数等参数对2种化合物的分子结构进行深入的分析表征,与结晶紫内酯的Sadtler标准图谱比较表明:本方法科学合理,可为结晶紫内酯合成机理的研究提供有效的参考依据.

Abstract:The analysis of tri(p-dimethylaminophenyl)benzoic acid and tri(p-dimethylaminophenyl) methane with IR (infrared spectrum) and NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) is described. They are intermediate and by-product of crystal violet lactone (CVL) while it was synthesized.The main groups of both intermediate and by-product were indicated by IR,and the molecule structures were thoroughly studied according to the chemical shift and coupling constant of 1H and 13 C-NMR. Comparing with Sadtler standard atlas,it is indicated that the method is scientific and reasonable. The results are useful to the research of synthesis of CVL.
