高强度连杆螺栓的疲劳寿命分析

摘    要:针对SOFIM发动机连杆螺栓出现的早期疲劳断裂现象,建立了连杆螺栓的有限元模型,利用有限元方法进行了该连杆螺栓的疲劳寿命分析,并与疲劳试验进行了对比。结果表明,该连杆螺栓杆部与头部的过渡圆弧处容易产生应力集中,造成其疲劳断裂。为此,提出了局部滚压的改进方法,经有限元分析,该改进措施可有效提高连杆螺栓的疲劳寿命。

Abstract:Earlier fatigue failure phenomenon of SOFIM engine connecting rod bolt is concentred.After a finite element model was established,a finite element analysis and a fatigue test were carried out.The comparing result showed that the arc transition area between rod and head was easy to produce stress concentration which results in fatigue failure.In order to solve this problem,a extending fatigue life's method by rolling means was put forward.The finite element analysis showed that the method was reasonable and practicable.
