菁型红外吸收染料的合成

摘    要:以1,3,3,5—四甲基—2—亚甲基吲哚啉与2—氯—1—甲酰基—3—羟亚甲基环己烯为主要原料合成了1,3,3,5,1′,3′,3′,5′—八甲基—11—氯—10,12—亚丙基吲哚三碳菁红外吸收染料,经熔点测定、元素分析、IR分析验证了产品的结构,该染料的电子吸收光谱表明其最大吸收波长为780nm,由高效液相色谱仪测定其纯度大于96.8%。

Abstract:With 1,3,3,5 - tetramethyl,- 2- methyleneindolenine and 2 - chloro - 1 - formy 1 - 3 -bydroxymethylene cyclohexene as the main material,an IR-absorbing dyel,3,3,5,1',3',3',5' -octamethyl -11 - chloro - 10,12 - propylene-tricarbocyanine has been synthesized. The construction of the product has also been verified by the measurement of melt-point, chemical element analysis and IR analysis. The electron absorption spectrum of the dye shows that the biggest absorption wave-length is at 780nm. By HPLC measuring, its pure degree is above 96.8 % .
