Far-infrared and Raman spectra of KD2PO4 |

| Abstract: | The far-infrared and the Raman spectra of KD2PO4 were measured for B2 symmetry in the paraelectric phase and for A1 symmetry in the ferroelectric phase. The results were discussed in comparison with those of KDP. |
