氧化及硫化形式的Co-Mo、Ni-Mo分散在γ-Al2O3上的吡啶吸附红外光谱特征

摘    要:本文主要测定氧化及硫化形式的Ni-Mo,Co-Mo催化剂的吡啶吸附红外光谱。实验结果表明,MoO3能很好地分散在催化剂表面上,而表面上的OH基团对这种分散起着重要的作用。红外光谱也表明,助剂Co和Ni的加入对于促进MoO3在表面上的分散起着一定作用。结合喹啉加氢脱氮动力学结果及热重分析实验,预期表面上的Brosted座位对加氢脱氮并不起很大作用,而一种特殊形式的Lewis座位对加氢脱氮可能起着很重要作用。

Abstract:The IR spectra of pyridine adsorbed on oxidic and sulfided form of Ni-Mo and Co-Mo catalyst systems were measured. The results showed thatthe OH group played an important role in the dispersion of MoO3 on thesurface of support and that Ni and Co promotors apparently increased thedispersion of MoO3 on the support. Kinetic results and the TGA and IRspectra indicated that a certain site of Lewis type,not of Brosted,may playan important role in the HDN reaction of quinoline.
