摘    要:由于技术上的原因,"首先凝固点"很难观察到.通过在Bridgman法生长HgCdTe晶体过程中进行淬火,观察到尺寸较小的"首先凝固区域",其固液界面为凹形抛物面.

Abstract:Due to the technical problem, it is very difficult to observe the First to Freeze Point of crystal. Small size First to Freeze Region has been investigated by quenching HgCdTe crystal during Brigdman growth.The solid liquid interface is concave paraboloid.
