| Abstract: | It had been shown that nfeC gene was essential for nodulation competitiveness of Bradyrhizobium joponicum. A Sinorhizobium fredii strain GX301 was constructed by introducing the plasmid pGXN100 containing the nfeC gene into the Sinorhizobium fredii strain HN01. It was Shown that GX301 can enhance the compentitiveness nodulation compared with the HN01. |
