摘    要:基于溶胶-凝胶化学前驱体粉末烧结工艺,本文对比了固态氟化铝和液态氢氟酸两种含氟催化剂对莫来石晶须各向异性生长过程的影响,并初步探索了两种催化剂的作用机理。采用扫描显微镜形貌分析和X射线衍射物相分析,研究了催化剂含量对晶须形貌、催化剂种类对相变过程的影响规律,并据此推测出5个反应方程式。结果表明液态HF的作用温度更低、催化效率更高、晶须形貌更均匀。

Abstract:Based on the sol-gel chemical precursor powder sintering process,the effects of two fluorine-containing catalysts-solid aluminum fluoride and liquid hydrofluoric acid,on the anisotropic growth process of mullite whiskers were compared,and the mechanism of action of the two catalysts was preliminarily explored.The influence of catalyst content on whisker morphology and catalyst type on phase transition process was studied by SEM morphology analysis and XRD phase analysis.The results show that liquid HF has lower operating temperature,higher catalytic efficiency and more uniform whisker morphology.
