几种抗黑斑病月季品种酶活性的研究

摘    要:以月季抗黑斑病品种月亮花、日晖和感病品种洛神、金石竹、茶香为材料,研究了其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、与月季抗黑斑病的关系.结果表明:正常叶当中,抗病品种的3种酶活性均比感病品种高,同一品种嫩叶的酶活性高于老叶.月季感染黑斑病后,3种酶活性均上升,感病品种茶香的上升幅度最大,与老叶相比,感病后病叶的SOD、POD、PPO分别上升49.83%,280%,700%.

Abstract:The content of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and poly phenol oxidase(PPO) in Chinese roses were determinated.The activity of these three enzymes in normal leaf of disease-resistant Yuelianghua and Rihui roses was higher than that in normal leaf of disease-sensitive Luoshen,Jinshizhu and Chaxiang roses.The enzyme activity in tender leaf was higher than in old leaf for the same variety of rose.The enzyme activity increased when the roses was infected by the black spot.The activity of SOD,POD and PPO in infected Chaxiang rose was larger than in other infected varieties of roses which increased 49.83%,280% and 700%,respectively.
