| 摘 要： | <正> 猕猴(Macaca mulatta)是用于医学和生物学研究的珍贵实验动物。秦田生、钱开明、吴军、高诚等对我国南方诸省猕猴体内外寄生虫作了调查研究工作,北方太行山猕猴的寄生虫尚无人作过。我们进行了初步观察发现肠道寄生虫五种。

PRIMARY REPORT ON INTESTINAL PARASITES OF TAIHANG MOUNTAIN RHESUS MONKEY(MACACA MULATTA) |

| Abstract: | Intestinal parasites in 84 Rhesus Monkeys from Taihang Mountain are examined. The results show that there arefive species of intestinal perasites: Balantidium coli, Trichostrongylus sp, Oesophagostomum aculeatum, Trichuristrichiura and Ascaris lumbricodes. The infection rates of the intestinal parasites are as follows: Balantidium coli40.5%, Trichostrongylus sp 44.5%,Trichuris trichiura 3.57%, Ascaris lubricoides 2.38%. The positive intection rate of monkeys with on species of parasite is 30.95%, and with two species of parasitesis 26.19%. The positive infection rate of three species of parasites is 1.19%, and with four species of parasites is1.19 %. Monkeys with no infection rate is 40.47%. |
