交联聚4-乙烯基吡啶及其季铵盐负载钯催化剂对丙烯酸甲酯加氢反应的研究

摘    要:制备了交联聚4-乙烯基吡啶及碘甲烷,溴乙烷季铵化的聚4-乙烯基吡啶负载钯催化剂,考察了它们催化丙烯酸甲酯加氢反应的性能。对碘甲烷季铵化聚4-乙烯基吡啶负载钯催化剂,其催化加氢活性随载体季铵化程度的增加而减小,并且当载体季铵化程度低于80%时,其催化加氢活性比聚4-乙烯基吡啶负载催化剂高。实验结果表明催化剂制备条件对催化性能有很大影响。

Abstract:Crosslinked poly-4-vinylpyridine quaternized with methyl iodide, ethyl bromide has been prepared and the quaternary salts have been used for the support of the Pd catalyst. It is found that the hydrogenation rate of poly-4-vinylpyridine quaternized with methyl iodide and complexed with Pd depends pricipally on the degree of quaternization of the support. The activity increases as the quaternization degree decreases. When the quaternization degree is less than 80%, the catalytic activity of Pd supported on poly-4-vinylpyridine quaternized with methyl iodide is larger than that of Pd supported on poly-4-vinylpyridine. The preparation condition of the catalyst has also been investigated.
