摘    要:选择温度、盐度等环境因子和不同种类及浓度梯度的化学药剂进行单因素试验, 研究其对刺激隐核虫包囊孵化和幼虫活性的影响. 实验结果显示, 温度对刺激隐核虫包囊的孵化具有显著影响; 盐度对刺激隐核虫包囊的孵化和幼虫活性均有显著影响. 选择的高锰酸钾、双氧水、硫酸铜、盐水、福尔马林浸泡药物对包囊或幼虫也均有一定影响, 而采用福尔马林结合低盐度海水进行浸泡处理, 既可有效杀灭包囊和幼虫, 又可减少环境污染并降低生产成本.

Abstract:In this study, the effects of the temperature and salinity on the hatchability of Cryptocaryon irritans tomonts, as well as the cytotoxic effects of different chemotherapeutants on tomonts and theronts were evaluated. The results showed that the hatchability of tomonts was all above 60% in temperatures ranging from 17℃ to 32℃. However, the hatchability of tomonts decreased to 15% at 37℃. The hatchability of tomonts was all above 95% in water salinity range from 15‰-35‰ at 27℃. Interestingly, the highest vitality of the theronts was observed in the groups that the tomonts hatched with salinities being 20‰ and 25‰. The result suggested that the salinity would affect the hatchability of tomonts and the vitality of the theronts. Moreover, some chemotherapeutants exhibited cytotoxic effects on theronts according to the results from this study. It showed that 1-25mg·L-1 CuSO4 could effectively inhibit the hatching of tomonts, but had no killing effects on the theronts. The formalin could either inhibit hatching of tomonts or kill the theronts effectively, and these effectswere positively correlated with the concentrations. Moreover, the low salinity seawater was found to be also able to inhibit the hatching of tomonts and effectively kill the theronts. According to the results from this study, it suggested that the formalin together with the low salinity seawater could be used as a feasible and effective treatment for the infected fishes
