| 摘 要： | 厚膜介质电致发光(TDEL)显示器与无机薄膜发光显示器、TFT—LCD、PDP相比有许多优点,尤其是结构简单、制造成本低和图象质量好。低成本连同它的优秀的器件性能和高的图象品质,使得TDEL成为大屏幕FPD电视机的一种理想选择。TDEL技术在17英寸VGA屏中得到证实。本文重点介绍显示屏结构、厚膜技术、彩色转换技术等及其在电视上的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Thick-film Dielectric Electroluminecent(TDEL) technology has several advantage over Thin Film Electroluminescent(TFEL)?TFT-LCD?PDP technologies, particularly in structure simplicity, manufacturing cost and video quality. Low cost potential, combined with excellent video performance and image quality makes TDEL display technology ideal for large-screen FPD televisions.TDEL technology has been demonstrated on a 17" VGA prototype panel. This paper was particularly focused on the structure for display panel, thick film dielectric technology, the technology for color conversion and so on and it's application for FPD televisions. |
